Mollie Roskies

Hi, I’m Mollie.

I joined Kennedy Consulting in 2021. Since then, I’ve been helping Amanda provide excellent and attentive service to her clients.

In addition to administrative assistance, I provide logistical support for the engagement sessions that Amanda designs and facilitates.

I also help document and analyze participant input, and compile reports summarizing the results of the engagement process.

I started my career as a librarian, working in a diverse range of settings. I spent 10 years as a research librarian, working for both the provincial and federal governments as well as in the private sector (at Deloitte). In these roles, I was responsible for conducting business, legal and competitive intelligence research. I learned how to become a tenacious and resourceful researcher, and how to synthesize information from disparate sources into clear, concise, and informative reports.

I feel fortunate to have a job that combines so many things that I value: being part of a collaborative team, helping people, keeping things organized, researching and writing, and working in the name of a good cause.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors in the beautiful landscape around Kingston, Ontario where I live with my husband and our very vocal and opinionated cat, Lewis.
