• I help groups reach consensus… if you want!
  • Some groups need to reach consensus; others do not. I will choose the appropriate exercises and processes that match the session objectives.
• I facilitate retreats and technical workshops for small and large teams.
  • We’ll make sure all voices are heard.
• We’ll get the issues out on the table, we’ll generate options, and importantly, I’ll help you make decisions about where to focus.
